NTT EAST INC (NTT EAST) places a public notice to invite information for products mentioned below.
This public notice (RFI) is to request provision of general reference materials from potential suppliers. This is not a request for proposal (RFP). This public notice does not necessarily promise that a procurement announcement will follow. No payment will be made for the information submitted. This public notice requests provision of general reference materials regarding the below requirement. However, it does not request any proprietary and/or confidential information of the supplier.

6 Basic requirements of the procurement	①The nurse call system must be able to connect and integrate with the existing electronic medical record system and the PBX system to be installed. ②The PBX system must be able to connect and integrate with the nurse call system to be introduced. ③Ensure that all systems to be introduced have an excellent maintenance framework in place. ④The PBX system has a telephone switchboard function
7 Expected period of procurement	May, 2027
8 Submitting process	NTT EAST requests provision of general reference materials concerning above article 1 and also comments and materials concerning above article 5.
