This public notice (RFI) is to request provision of general reference materials from potential suppliers.
This is not a request for proposal (RFP).
This public notice does not necessarily promise that a procurement announcement will follow.
No payment will be made for the information submitted.
This public notice requests provision of general reference
materials regarding the below requirement.
However, it does not request any proprietary and/or confidential information of the supplier.

6 Basic requirements of the procurement	①Capable of opening film-type blood collection tubes. ②Capable of dispensing the required amount of sample for each analyzer. ③Easy to transport to retrieve from, and store in the analysis device. ④Capable of connecting to a sample testing system.
7 Expected period of procurement	March, 2026
8 Submitting process	NTT EAST requests provision of general reference materials, concerning above article 1 and also comments and materials concerning above article 5.
